$85k parcel sent via Priority Overnight service on a Thursday. On Friday received a delay scan with no further infoDetails: Our team proactively monitors parcels for delays in transit to help prevent potential losses. This delay was discovered and was immediately escalated to our internal Head of Security. To avoid this package sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, or becoming lost at its current location, our team reached out to the carrier almost immediately that the package had missed a scheduled flight but was being prepared for the next flight out.

This information was shared with the client to provide peace of mind and reduce stress of a potentially large loss with no answers over the weekend.
